Deanna Rupp LSCSW

Deanna Rupp LSCSW graduated from Fort Hays State University in December 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Studies and a Certificate in Leadership Studies. Graduated from Wichita State University in May 2009 with a Master of Social Work degree. She completed an internship and two practicum placements with a community probation and parole program, AmeriCorps, elementary school, and healthcare setting. While at her internship and practicum placements she provided individual, family, children, and group psycho-social counseling. Deanna also provided assessments, case management services, resource assistance and discharge planning. She obtained my Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker licensure in March 2015. Deanna comes to us after spending many years working with clients and their families at the VA. She is working just one day a week right now while her beautiful family gets settled into the back to school routine. She does have two openings tomorrow 8-23-2022 at 9am then at 12N. She will be a low cash rate until we finalize all her contracts with the insurances. Then Deanna will be accepting most major insurances from around the state!












Cricket Rice LMSW

Cricket Rice, LMSW completed her Master’s Degree in Social Work at Fort Hays State University in Hays, KS. She is fully licensed to practice therapy in the state of Kansas. She interned as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Central Kansas Foundation of Addiction Treatment and provided individual sessions through The Counseling Connections walk in mental health clinic. Cricket believes that it is though human connection that healing can take place and has adopted a flexible approach to providing care. Everyone’s journey is unique, what works for one person might not necessarily work for another. She can help you begin the process to improve your emotional health no matter where you are in life.

Cricket uses a number of therapeutic modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Psycho-dynamic Therapy and Narrative Therapy. Cricket’s theoretic approach is based on the belief that clients are in charge of their counseling experience. Clients will learn the aspects of their life that they can control and what they cannot. Clients will understand that the therapeutic relationship is a partnership in which with true growth requires work. Cricket’s goal as a counselor is to provide a safe environment where one can explore primary interests, develop goals, and determine strengths and assets as you move toward your aspirations.

Cricket is currently accepting clients on a self-pay sliding scale payment system. She is in the process of being credentialed to accept most major insurances

Tess Bennett, LCAC, LSCSW

​With over 20 years of experience in the human services field, Tess is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor. She will help individuals and families work through issues such as depression, anxiety, divorce, grief, and anger. Individual and group counseling services are available. Tess takes Blue Cross Blue Shield as well as most other insurances. Tess offers a flexible schedule and is available to see clients.

Michelle Fairbank, MS, LCPC, LMAC

Michelle is a Licensed Professional Counselor and also a Licensed Addictions Counselor. She has worked with youth and their families for both private and public programs for over thirty years. A firm believer in continued education Michelle keeps informed and up to date on mental health and treatment issues and practices.


Helping individuals and families deal with challenges such as; abuse/neglect, addiction, divorce, stress, parenting, grief, anger, anxiety and depression is Michelle’s mission. Together with the client, she will design an individual treatment plan with the goal of facilitating healing and foster an increase in the quality of life. Michelle offers individual, family and group counseling. She has over 150 hours of training in play therapy and is currently participating in a year long training and supervisory program for Attachment Based Family Therapy which focuses mainly on work with adolescents and their caregivers. Michelle can accept most medical insurances and works with a sliding scale.
